MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITY We invite all Americans to join our crusade. America is about FREEDOM...we need freedom and integrity in the judicial/legal professions. Our present legal system is broken. We need to put an end to our legal monopoly and return to true Constitutional government. The time has come to hold attorneys, judges and public officials to their oath of office, wherein they swore to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, both foreign and domestic.We intend to educate the public as to the lies and fraud perpetrated by their elected/appointed officials, and to reopen cases and expose corrupt/fraudulent prosecution techniques used to secure convictions.
WE THE PEOPLE must cherish freedom. The law which is supposed to protect our freedoms is much too important to be stuck away in some book. We have powerful and vibrant tools in the law to protect our liberties. But, the citizen must exercise them regularly, with skill and precision, if they are to work effectively.
The opportunities and the needs are great! Your membership will make a difference. The types of membership within the USBA are only intended to distinguish a member's dedication to the protection and promotion of the principles of justice and liberty. USBA membership is voluntary and fees are due annually, with the exception of lifetime members. Membership can be upgraded at any time. We look forward to calling you a partner of the United States Bar Association. Please consider the following:
- COUNSELOR $100/yr. Applicant must have a qualified law degree in order to qualify as a "COUNSELOR" of the United States Bar Association. A "COUNSELOR" is not required to be a licensed attorney. NOTE: The USBA does not grant or issue licenses to practice law and is not competing with the state bar associations. Licensing is left solely to the state in which you live.
- ADVOCATE $50/yr. Applicant must be a legal assistant or a certified paralegal, member of military, retired or active duly, incumbent government official or previous government service.If the legal assistant/paralegal has no formal education, please submit a work history with your application.
- FRIEND OF THE BAR $25/yr. There are no educational requirement for this level of membership. Applicants need only support our beliefs and the mission plan of the United States Bar Association.
- LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP If you would like to be a lifetime member of the USBA, the membership fee would be paid once, and would be ten (10) times the fee for your current category, i.e. if you are in the "Counselor" category, your fee for lifetime membership in that category would be $1000.
