The mission of JUSTICE TEAM ONE is to return America to its original foundation of liberty and justice for all. This premise has already been established through the greatest document ever conceived by mortal man...the Constitution of the United States of America and the subsequent Bill of Rights.
The threat is the continued violation of our Constitutional rights and liberties. The daily erosion of our freedoms from illegal court decisions, unfounded laws enacted through the legislatures, and, the actions of greedy, self-serving political tyrants, has resulted in the theft and transfer of the power of We the People to the state and federal governments.
The plan is that JUSTICE TEAM ONE will expose, confront and publicize these violators of citizens' Constitutional rights. These violators may be found in places of power, i.e., federal, states and local governments, courtrooms, appointed and/or elected positions, and, individuals, panels or groups, who choose not to abide by their sworn oath of office - which demands that they support, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, as well as their individual state Constitutions.
The team, composed of some of the finest legal minds in our Country, will confront, expose and publicize the violators of citizens Constitutional rights. The cases which are chosen by JUSTICE TEAM ONE will have one common link...the positive resolution of each case will benefit American citizens, both individually and collectively. Each victory will take us one step closer to returning America to its roots - the Constitution of the United States of America.
Once a case is selected for action, private investigators will be sent in to gather any and all evidence and/or information. After all necessary preparation is complete, violators will be confronted by cases, presented and argued before a judge and a properly instructed jury, based on “black letter law”, and not some theoretical application.
JUSTICE TEAM ONE is a “strike force unit” of skilled legal professionals who have honor and character, and have no connections to any local jurisdiction. Therefore, no debts, no obligations, no deals, and no compromises - only adherence to the letter of the law. To put it as simple as it gets - no favors asked and none given.
The goal of JUSTICE TEAM ONE is to strike fear and trepidation into the hearts of those who choose, deliberately, with malice aforethought, to abuse and denigrate the rights of the citizens they have sworn to serve and protect. These violators have no moral turpitude, and distort the citizens’ rights and freedoms for their own selfish ends, and often with assumed immunity. They will learn very quickly that justice is not for sale...at any cost!
The opportunity is for the American people to stand-up and be counted. If you as an American citizen desire for the government to once again be accountable to We the People, then this is your cause of action. When a lone person’s rights are trampled, there is very little, if anything, one person can do. The violators of our freedoms depend on this fact. However, with a team of legal professionals who are not for sale at any price, and, a substantial war chest, we will defeat our Nation’s enemies in their own arena, and restore...liberty and justice for all. Maybe you are under the illusion that freedom is free. You're willing to do nothing...ride along on the coattails of those who have fought and died for your freedoms...gone to prison for speaking out for your freedoms...lost their loved ones, as well as their possessions while fighting for your freedoms. So what are you willing to do?
Freedom requires that each citizen take personal responsibility. We don't choose freedom because it's easy. We choose freedom because there is no other choice. The average American says, "Well that decision/law doesn't involve or affect me." WRONG! If a decision or law trampled the rights of just one person, ultimately it will affect you and every other citizen in this Country. Do you know there is no freedom apart from justice for all? Do you know that freedom is never secure in a country where justice is perverted?
We the People must take back our government and our courts. We need for some citizens to be incensed! We need some righteous indignation! We need people concerned and constructively upset! "Americans used to roar like lions for liberty, now we bleat like sheep for security." Norman Vincent Peale. Are you aware, the more powerful the government becomes, the LESS power you have. But, there is one indisputable fact - the power of the government is directly proportionate to the amount of personal responsibility honorable citizens are willing to take. Power never concedes anything without a demand. Personal power and personal responsibility are synonymous. You cannot diminish or increase one, without doing the same to the other.
JUSTICE TEAM ONE has taken personal responsibility, together with other concerned citizens, to ensure that free Americans will always have somewhere to turn when government descends upon them without lawful authority. By providing legal, investigative and publicity services in precedent-setting cases, we will be able to add layers of legal protection to preserve and protect individual rights and freedoms.
We the People must cherish freedom. It is much too important to be stuck away in some book. Our liberties are powerful and vibrant tools. But, the citizens must exercise them regularly, with skill and precision, if they are to work effectively. We the People must be vigilant of the elected. We the People must triumph over tyranny; and, We the People must always make truth victorious. As Woodrow Wilson said in 1912: "Liberty has never come from the government. Liberty has always come from the subjects of it. The history of liberty is a history of resistance."
JUSTICE TEAM ONE needs your commitment and your support. Help us save our Country's future. Nothing is free - least of all freedom and justice for all.
