THE LAW WORKS...is a progressive paralegal firm which began in 1991. We do document preparation, with procedural direction for self-help representation. We prepare documents for Last Will and Testaments, Evictions, Divorce, Bankruptcy, Small Claims, Real Estate Documents (Mortgages, Deeds, etc.), Name Changes, Incorporations, Powers of Attorney, step-parent adoptions, as well as legal research. Our fees are both fair and competitve. If you have a need, give us a call...(321)724-9275.
The purpose of "COURTWATCH" is to recruit and train citizen volunteers as monitors to collect information on the quality, fairness and efficiency of our system of courts. It is also to convince citizens that they need not, and should not, stand outside the Court system; and, that through the active involvement of concerned citizens within the system, the accountability of court personnel will increase, and lines of communication between the judiciary and the public will open up. The problems and complexities of the system, which may go unnoticed by insiders, will come to light, and, will provide a vital resource for enhancing, complementing and enrishing the existing services. The vigilance of the citizen, while almost too late, is the only life preserver we can give to the rapidly sinking legal system.

Therefore, "COURTWATCH" has become an educational and a motivational tool, as well as a goal oriented vehicle to make the citizens aware that justice is not meted out..."equally for all."
The goals of "COURTWATCH" are:
