THINGS YOU PROBABLY DON'T WANT TO KNOW
Is THINKING a lost art in America? It would appear that it is. Generally, the American people believe and accept the most ludicrous scenarios. Truth is no longer reality. Reality is now what the "spin doctors" have decided is politically correct this week.
The truth - what is the truth? It is so simple. The truth is agreement between thought and reality. Truth can always be verified, which then makes it a fact. Facts are the realities of events or things. Their actual occurrence is substantiated by evidence. This evidence then becomes proof of an actual and absolute reality. The evidence distinguishes fact from error or fiction. But of course, you must be able to THINK for yourself in order to determine the truth.
Whenever the government does not like something, it sets out to either discredit or destroy it through public ridicule. We end up with something totally removed from the original truth. How do they do this? Through their highly trained and educated truth modifiers. This group is not restricted by Christian ethics or morals, or more simply, even by the truth. Enter the mass media organizations of today. The awesome power that the big media organizations have to influence how people think, and to dictate what they think, is indeed frightening. It is even more frightening because these same media groups are all dominated and controlled by people who are very left-wing in their politics. That is a socialist, or to use the standard euphemism they like to describe themselves and hide their real agenda, liberals.
THINK! Remember what socialists really are...that's big brother/big government who are drunk with their own power and eager to try out their social experiments on the American people. Experiments like... take away all the guns from citizens and only let law enforcement and government officials have them; welfare utopia, forced nationalized health care (a precursor to national registration) high taxation; no prayers allowed in school; the "dumbing" down of American education; the total attempt to break down and destroy the family, massive cutbacks in our defense and military capacity, and more importantly, usurpation of control of the United States military by the united nations, and other policies deliberately leading to a weakness in our economy, national defense capabilities and morals; WACO; Ruby Ridge; Oklahoma City; chem trails; AIDS/HIV; Desert Storm; and a thousand other things which are experiments on the American people. All of these things create and encourage a growing dependence on big government, which results in a general reduction, if not a total loss, of our individual rights and freedoms.
THINK! The big media organizations have got to have racy, sensational, zingy, attention-getting news in order to keep the people watching. So they have created buzz words in order to hype their lies about various subjects. We all know the terms: assault weapons, extremists, cults, compound, terrorists, militia, white supremacist, white separatist, survivalist, Saturday night special, cop-killer bullets, global village, thousand points of light, U.N. peace keeping force (hah! hah!) hostage rescue team, crime bill, and the media's current favorites "patriot and conspiracy". Since the media is the "shill" of the government, deceit, lies, fear and hypocrisy is the standard fare of the day in order to promote their left-wing agenda. THINK! The major power brokers of all big media organizations are members of the Trilateral Commission and/or the Council on Foreign Relations, both who promote a one-world government. Just look at one major network, CNN, owned and operated by the illustrious team of Ted Turner and Jane Fonda. You remember Jane Fonda who cavorted with the North Vietnamese antiaircraft gunners during the war and stated that U.S. prisoners of war who complained of being tortured, were lying. Remember Jane's speech declaring that if we understood how wonderful communism was we would, "...get down on our knees and pray that the U.S. was a communist nation." And her other-half, Ted Turner, who founded CNN with his father's money after he committed suicide, called Christians "bozos and losers". Ted also said we have to have abortions because, "I like to have sex.". Then we have the CBS network, vehemently left-wing, antigun people, who refused to put on ads by the National Rifle Association. Yet any night of the week we can watch programs full of guns and violence for which they rake in tons of money from advertising. While at the same time, others employed by the network scream about all of the supposed evils and terrors of allowing ordinary citizens to own and use firearms.
THINK! These are the people making decisions for us and determining what we will hear and say, and, what we have to believe to be politically correct. Much of the public is unaware, or just doesn't care, about the socialist infiltration of the media, and still rely on these organizations as a source of truth and factual information. And, of course we are not even considering the tremendous influence of the political left in Hollywood and other media entertainment outlets. What has resulted is that we have millions of brainwashed Americans who faithfully follow the political left and heed its propaganda. No one with an intelligence, and who is not a socialist, should be taken in by all the lies from the spin-doctors in the media, academia and the government. But, it has happened; American's can't THINK for themselves, are afraid to question anything, and are unable to make their own decisions.
THINK ABOUT THIS! One of the governments favorite words to throw about is conspiracy. Bouvier's Law Dictionary, Volume I says CONSPIRACY (Lat. Con. together spiro to breathe). In criminal law, "...A combination of two or more persons by some concerted action to accomplish some criminal or unlawful purpose, or to accomplish some purpose, not in itself criminal or unlawful, by criminal or unlawful means." The fact so many Americans refuse to admit, or even contemplate, that there is a conspiracy at work for the organization of a "one world government", is prima facie evidence that the conspirators have been successful thus far. Secrecy and misinformation are the two main factors for a conspiracy. Perhaps the most insidious part of the shadow government's conspiracy has been convincing people that nothing is true, everything is merely a cultural illusion. Now they have given the people the perfect excuse not to THINK. I mean, why think if there is nothing to think about. After all wrestling with weighty issues is very tiring and forces people to face some unpleasant and perhaps painful realities. This is the typical strategy for those people who exploit others, and lead us further down the path to enslavement everyday. Say whatever you have to, create whatever illusion is necessary in order to create a person who does not resist, i.e. the signs in the Nazi concentration camps which said "Work makes you free." These were designed to create hope among the prisoners, that, they were actually there just for resettlement - not for execution. We now know the truth.
THINK! As we continue through this massive conspiracy, marching toward a one world government, the signs have been placed all along the road. Signs which read: we can only trust police with firearms; gun control will stop crime; the government is better able to determine what is best for your children; the Constitution is an archaic document which must change with the times; communism is dead; GATT and NAFTA will increase jobs for the U.S.; terrorism is rampant; patriotism is wrong, we are all global citizens; the IRS has the right to throw you in jail for not paying your taxes; we need to build more prisons; we need to extend the power of the United Nations as a peace keeping force; we have to stick our noses in the business of other countries where we have no interest; we have the right to seize private land for the benefit of federal land management; we have the right to use military force against American citizens; we have the right to perpetuate WACO, Ruby Ridge, Oklahoma City scenarios, and kill innocent people; the militia groups are causing all the problems; the government is not responsible for the ill and dying soldiers who return from the Desert Storm fiasco. More signs appear everyday, everywhere, if only the American people could get out of their comfort zone of prosperity and affluence and try THINKING for a change.
THINK! No one person has lived long enough to see the entire scope of history unfold, or, to see the complete magnitude of this conspiracy to destroy America we love. However, there is a compendium of chronological knowledge which has been passed down from father to son, mother to daughter, friend to friend, and patriot to patriot. The actual facts have been distorted, suppressed and totally denied by the group whose sole goal is to own and control us. But there are patriots who have given their entire lives to the investigation of the truth. Why are the American people so resistant to the truth and so willing to believe lies? Are we willing to loose liberty for supposed and illusional security? The sad fact remains, if we give up our freedoms for security, one day we'll wake up, and, we'll be secure alright, totally secure in the chains of a atheistic, socialistic, one world government, with a boot stamped across our face. As Norman Vincent Peale said, "Americans used to roar like lions for liberty, now we bleat like sheep for security."
THINK! There is an abundance of information available, if we could only read. Or better yet, just ask yourself these questions, "What if?"..."

This section deals with commonly asked questions about certain legal words and their definitions.I have attempted to use the most basic explanation of these words, without going into a lot of "legalese", which just makes things more confusing. Before each of the following terms, ask "what is...?".
.... 1. Law - that which is laid down, ordained or established; in its generic sense, the law is a body of rules of action or conduct, prescribed by controlling authority, which have binding legal force; that which must be obeyed and followed by citizens, or the violation of which causes sanctions and/or legal consequences.The root of the word "law" is the Latin word "lex". Lex means written laws, codes, rules, statutes, ordinances,rule by force and authority of the state, body of codified precepts and rules by which the government controls the people, it validates the force of armies and gives weight and authority to the pounding of the gavel in our courts, it's legal or illegal, lex is the law men make for themselves, with force behind it, whether right or wrong.
.... It is always amazing to me, that a word which affects every aspect of our life, can be so misunderstood by most people. This word has many meanings, depending on how it is used. There is a law in America which requires that all men are to be treated equally. A speed limit sign is a law. There is a law on the street, "what goes around comes around." There is a decision which has become a law named "Roe v Wade." There once was a law which required black people to ride in the back of the bus, until that law of Segregation was overturned and replaced by a better law, written by wiser people. There is Newton's law of gravity or Ohm's law which establishes the relationship between current, voltage and resistance. And how could we forget the greatest law of all, "...love your neighbor as yourself." There are laws which ennoble us, laws which terrify and irritate us, and laws which are unfair and unjust. But remember in America, the last remaining vestige of a free society, the government can write laws to forbid the bad, but it can never really compel the good. This is something which arises spontaneously among free men.
.... Another word sometimes used for law is Jurisprudence. However, this is truly a magnificent word, and, is the real basis for our American heritage. This is the law and the truth that men were willing to die for. Jurisprudence had its origin in Latin. Its roots are "juris" and "prudens" - meaning Justice and Prudence. The powers that be try and use this word interchangeably with law, i.e., lex, thereby obliterating the distinction, but the two are not even remotely connected. "Lex" is force, "Juris" is doing what's right, what's good, what's loving, what's proper and fair. It is the Golden Rule!
.... "Juris" is what's right, whether man's "lex" makes it legal or illegal. "Juris" is a reality revealed only by Eternal Truth, transcending the edicts of man's courts and legislatures. "Juris" is the rule of Eternal Truth that dictates human consequences in accordance with our actions and failures to act. It is the hidden law of nature, what some men call Natural Law; an unavoidable reality that works behind the scenes to dictate the outcome of our behavior; it is the unseen Hand of God that rewards good and punishes evil,no matter what our law may say is right and wrong, no matter what public opinion demands, no matter how angrily we rebel against its supreme authority. It is the wisdom of eternal principles. No one is immune to the effects of Natural Law or Eternal Truths. Eternal Truths will always be true. What one chooses to believe has no effect on its Reality. Natural Law determines the outcome of our temporal decisions, whether as individuals or nations. "Juris" which is Natural Law is supernaturally rewarding good and tearing down evil, totally oblivious and utterly heedless of our human statutes, courts and legislatures.
.... "Prudens" the second part of Jurisprudence, means the power of seeing in advance, the ability of looking ahead, anticipating the future. Our word "prudence" seeks to avoid foreseeable adverse consequences and maximize the probability of success by looking ahead to the unavoidable effect of Natural Law. "Prudence" is the highest form of wisdom. It cautions us to "Think before you act." Carl Claudy wrote, "...Consider prudence as the wisdom of both heart and mind, and it becomes something high and holy, much more than mere precaution..."
.... Both Cicero and Ulpian wrote, "...Jurisprudence is a knowledge both human and divine, to understand what is just and what is unjust. Blackstone quoted Aristotle, "...Jurisprudence is the principal and most perfect branch of ethics..."
.... 2. Fact - a thing done; an action performed or an incident transpiring; an event or circumstance; an actual occurrence; an actual happening in time and space or an event mental or physical; that which has taken place. A fact is either a state of things, that is, an existence, or a motion, that is, an event; the quality of being actual; actual existence or occurrence; fact means reality of events or things, the actual occurrence of which is to be determined by evidence.
.... 3. Evidence - testimony, writings, material objects or other things presented to the senses, that are offered to prove the existence or nonexistence of a fact; that which demonstrates, can be clearly seen, plain, apparent, obvious, or ascertains the truth of the very fact or point at issue, either for one side or the other; that which is competent, credible, and relevant, to prove or disprove a fact in controversy. In class we will discuss forms of evidence, i.e.: circumstantial, direct, prima facie, beyond a reasonable doubt, preponderance of the evidence, competent, credible, parol, best, positive, corroborating, extrinsic, etc.

.... I have listed in this section some common documents which you all have probably heard of in the past. I have given the broad and general usage for each. Please bear in mind, there are multiple variations for each document, as it needs to be adapted for a certain set of circumstances.
.... 1. Complaint (civil) - the original pleading(document) by which an action is started under the codes or Rules of Civil Procedure; it sets forth a claim for relief; this is your "declaration of war", and must contain 1) a short statement of the grounds upon which the court's jurisdiction depends, 2) a short statement of your claim which establishes that you are entitled to relief, 3) a demand for judgment for the relief which one believes he is entitled.
.... 2. Complaint (criminal) - a written statement of the essential facts constituting the specific offense; complaint can be taken out by victim, law enforcement, state attorney or other interested party and is sworn on oath (then called a "verified complaint"; a complaint charges an offense, but an indictment or information may be the formal charging document; if it appears there is probable cause from the complaint, an arrest warrant will be issued.
.... 3. Petition - a formal written application to a court requesting judicial action on a certain matter, i.e. Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, or appointment of a guardian; the particular cause of action does not require a lawsuit, but requires the sanction of a court.
.... 4. Motion - either written or oral application to the court for a ruling or an order, made either before, during or after the trial/hearing; motions are wonderful documents...it is your way of talking to the court and requires an action on the part of the court of some type - they cannot be ignored; an order from the court is generally the result of a motion; motions generally require notice to the other side.
.... 5. Affidavit - a written declaration or statement of facts, made voluntarily and confirmed by oath or affirmation of party making it, and taken before a person having authority to administer such oath or affirmation, generally a Notary Public.
.... 6. Summons - a document to cite and notify a defendant that a suit has been started against him and that he is required to answer to it at a time and place so named; a formal document requiring oath or affirmation and requiring formal service.

If we were going to do a family tree, we would want to go as far back as possible, in our family history, to determine what country our ancestors came from; when they got here; where they settled; who they married and how many children they had; what was their trade or profession, etc. We are looking for our roots. In order to find the roots for our American laws and procedures, we must do the same thing...we must travel very far back in history:
.... - Code of Hammurabi, 1900 B.C., contains the first know system of laws, describing offenses and penalties for each; our phrase for this system is "criminal Law"; this codification was for the ancient Sumerians, who lived in the ancient cradle of civilization along the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers.
.... -Ten Commandments given to Moses, by God, for the Jewish People, 1200 B.C., these Commandments are woven into and became a solid foundation for Western society; these precepts are written into many laws, such as those against murder, adultery and perjury.
.... -During the same time, Greece had developed the philosophy, which today is expressed in the United States, that a country should be ruled by law and not by men; the Greeks understood and developed laws regarding property, contracts and commerce. they had also started trying legal cases before citizens, whom we call jurors.
.... - As the Greek culture gave way to Roman culture, these basic, simple early roots gradually merged into a much more complete and defined body of law; The Twelve Tables from Rome, published in 450 B.C., set forth moral principles and practices for Romans, as well as the written laws of the times..

A. STATE AND LOCAL COURTS: (Four (4) main levels)
1. COUNTY COURT - Has jurisdiction over petty criminal offenses and minor civil suits;
2. JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT - Court of general jurisdiction, most suits are filed here,
both civil and criminal, and reviews cases appealed from County Court;
3. DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL (DCA) - Suits filed here are asking for a review of a
decision from a lower court;
4. STATE SUPREME COURT - The highest state court, sometimes called the "court of last resort" at the state level, reviews decisions from a lower court.
B. FEDERAL COURTS: (Three (3) main levels)
1. UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS - Approximately 90 courts sitting in all parts of the United States,at least one in each state;courts of general jurisdiction means, they can hear both civil and criminal cases involving violation of your personal civil rights; there are two restrictions,1) the plaintiff and defendant must be residents of different states, and 2) the amount of the lawsuit must exceed $10,000; also sits as bankruptcy and admiralty courts, and may review decisions of federal administrative agencies;
2. UNITED STATES COURTS OF APPEALS - Eleven courts, sometimes called circuit courts, sitting in each of 10 judicial circuits and the District of Columbia; hear appeals from United States District Courts and review decisions of federal administrative agencies;
3. UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT - Washington, D.C. - Tries lawsuits between the states; may review decisions of federal appellate courts and specialized federal courts;

.... Well! Well! Well! These questions give us a totally different perspective on being a criminal, don't they? In this section we are going to look at Federal law, codes, rules, and regulations, which affect every area of our lives. For example, during Clinton's administration, he passed more than twenty-five thousand (25, 000) new federal regulations, criminalizing everything from chemical toilets to snuff advertisements on professional race cars. In his final year alone, Clinton issued more than one hundred thousand (100,000) pages of new federal regulations. Can you name one?
.... Do you think "big government" is too big? Are they sticking their noses in areas of our life where they have no business, and ,where they violate our rights, with impunity, on a daily basis? - UNITED STATES CODE ANNOTATED (with remarks and interpretations) 230 Volumes, almost 300,00 single spaced pages, plus 36 paperback supplements, 50 ft. of shelf space;
- CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS, 207 Volumes, 100's of 1000's of single spaced pages, 100's of feet of shelf space;
- UNITED STATES REPORTS(Supreme Court Opinions) 528 Volumes, 528,000 plus single spaced pages, 52 ft. of shelf space;
- FEDERAL JUDICIAL PRECEDENTS, including the FEDERAL REPORTER SERIES, DISTRICT COURT (covers every jurisdiction), UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS SERIES, and the FEDERAL REGISTER, comprises about 360 yards of shelf space; (note: a football field is only 100 yards).
.... Let us not forget the massive Congressional Record and its Daily Digest. This is the record of what went on in Congress on any given day. The Daily Digest summarizes the proceedings, in each House, and, before their committees and sub-committees.
.... The other sources of laws, which are not the United States or state Constitutions, judicial decisions and the statutes or ordinances passed by federal, state and local legislatures, are the decisions and rulings of administrative agencies. These agencies cover a whole range of categories like the Department of State, Treasury and Labor, Federal Communications Commission, Food and Drug Administration, departments like education, motor vehicles, and the strictly local offices like city health departments and police departments. And how could we ever forget the ever malicious and deadly Department of Environmental Protection.
.... Some of these governmental departments and agencies, make what amounts to laws, or they issue instructions which have the effect of laws. The Securities and Exchange Commission regulates the securities markets, by issuing rules that can result in heavy penalties if they are violated; the Food and Drug Administration can require a drug manufacturer to put labels on their products warning the public against their misuse; the Department of Agriculture tightly controls how much of what farm products may be sold; State highway departments have wide authority for the control of speed on the highways, and the licensing and operation of motor vehicles; State public utility commissions set the rates that may be charged by telephone and power and light companies.
.... The problem which now exists is that some of these agencies and departments are running wild with their orders, rules or instructions which are blatantly unlawful, unjustified and unclear. They are being allowed to act arbitrarily, capriciously (a whim) and unreasonably. The problem exists because the courts say that they do not know the reasons for what an agency is doing or not doing, and they refuse to force an administrators hand. The courts state that they are too busy to get involved with the day-to-day operations of government departments...Continued in the book.

.... I would think it would be terrifying to be arrested. Even if you know you have done nothing wrong, the very fact that you have been taken into custody is, in itself, very humiliating. The worse part, at least for me, would be the fear of the unknown. If you at least know your rights, and what is going to happen next, it should ease some of the fear.
.... Because of the diverse nature of the crimes people commit, or are accused of committing, it would be impossible to address all of these here. I am just going to give you a general outline of your rights, and the procedures which will occur. Again, there may be slight differences in the procedures, but that has nothing to do with your guaranteed rights.
.... It is important that you know your rights. These are much more important in protecting your personal freedoms, than in protecting your property rights. Over and over, the court's have interpreted the Fifth Amendment guarantee that you should not be "deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law," combined with the Fourteenth Amendment guarantee of "equal protection". This will give you a clear-cut and powerful group of rights if you should ever be accused of a crime:
- it is important for you to remember your greatest right, the right to be considered innocent until proven guilty; this is not to say that you will not be treated like you are guilty, but you are not, remember this; Continued in Book...
.... THE ARREST - The proper way to arrest someone is to serve an Arrest Warrant on him. This Warrant is issued by the court, based upon information provided by the police department, indicating that a person has committed a crime. However, most of the time the police do not have an opportunity to go before a judge to obtain a Warrant before an arrest. Example: a police officer sees a bank being robbed, he cannot go get an Arrest Warrant prior to the arrest. Therefore, there are certain rules governing when a police officer can arrest without a Warrant. You will know you have been arrested when you are in the custody and control of the police officer. He is supposed to tell you that you are under arrest, but he does not have to do this. But, by being hand-cuffed and placed in the back seat of a police car, it becomes painfully obvious, you have been arrested. REMEMBER! A police officer can only make an arrest without a Warrant if he has reasonable or probable cause to believe a felony has been committed. Continued in the book...
.... "READ HIM HIS RIGHTS..." - The law provides, that immediately after you are arrested, the police officer must read you your rights. This is sometimes called "Mirandizing" or the "Miranda Warnings", after the famous 1966 Supreme Court decision in Miranda v. Arizona, wherein the court ruled that these rights must be read to the accused, immediately after arrest. This is what it says:
.... The "right to remain silent" only pertains to the spoken word. If the accused does not want to talk to the police, they are supposed to stop questioning him. If he has not been advised of his Miranda rights, even if he confesses to the crime, this confession cannot be used against him in a court of law, it would be inadmissible. Continued in the Book...
.... "BOOK HIM..." - After the suspect has been arrested, he is taken to the Police Station for booking, photographing and fingerprinting. Even if the charges are later dropped, or he is acquitted, his arrest record and fingerprints will remain on file in the state where he was arrested. Here's something I bet you didn't know, the booking information is given to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the data is compiled on a "rap sheet". This rap sheet is kept by the F.B.I. forever and ever.
.... As some additional information, if a suspect refuses to take the breath test, after being stopped for supposed "driving while intoxicated", or D.U.I./D.W.I., he will automatically lose his Driver's License for six month, whether he is guilty or innocent. Continued in the Book...
.... PRELIMINARY HEARING, ARRAIGNMENT AND BAIL - You must remain in jail until you have appeared before a magistrate and have been released by him. The job of the Magistrate (see section "What Is...?) is to determine, from the evidence produced by the state, that, 1) a crime has been committed, and, 2) there is probable cause to believe you committed it, and, that you should be held for trial. If there is not sufficient evidence, the Magistrate has the authority to release you and order the charge(s) dropped. You have a right to be represented by a lawyer at this hearing, and you would ask for a Public Defender at this time, if you did not have your own counsel. However, for the single most critical piece of prima facie evidence of our Christian heritage, just look at the laws which had to be written to legalize certain actions. Let's take abortion. It was illegal to have an abortion. Why? Because it was against God's law as revealed in the Holy Bible. The proponents for this legislation actually argued that the laws prohibiting abortion "have their roots in religious doctrine." Therefore they reasoned, abortion must be legalized. The same is true for homosexuality, adultery, and pre-marital sex. I guess all of our laws now are suspect, because they are based on religious presuppositions. The Bible is also against rape, incest and assault. Should these be legalized also? Because something is legal, does not mean that it is moral.

In a letter, written by Thomas Jefferson in 1802, to a group of Baptist pastors in Danbury, Connecticut, he made the now infamous statement, "...thus building a wall of separation between church and state." The entire significance of this statement was only to show his agreement with the pastors that the state has no business in establishing a religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. Isn't it a shame, that these evil "absolutists" have been able to take this statement, totally out of context, and use it as the standard interpretation of the First Amendment. If they were interested in the truth, the reading of Jefferson's other writings would more than clarify his position. But these people "don't want to be confused with the facts." The first time the infamous phrase entered out legal system as a position was in Everson v. United States, United States Supreme Court Opinion by Justice Hugo Black, 1947. And there you have it of record, in our highest court, the "mythical separation of church and state."

NOTE: Did you know, FEMA has "boxes" in every radio and television station in the Country, which allows Washington D.C. to take control of all media with the flip of a switch. The FEMA boxes effectively turn the tens of thousands of individual broadcast stations into a single government propaganda channel. When activated there will only be the government version of the news. The individual broadcasting stations cannot by-pass the FEMA equipment. They can only shut off the transmitter and stop broadcasting.

.... Maybe as the last HURRAH for closing this section on United States citizens retaining their guns, we need to heed the cry of a victim of anti-gun legislation. In 1990, a female student from Beijing, Red China, described her parent's last words to her: "Tell the American people never to lose their guns. .... BIOMETRIC TECHNOLOGY IS THE POLICE STATE SYSTEM FOR TOTAL CONTROL - You probably thought we were heading towards "1984", well you can forget that...we are already here. Americans are being conditioned to give up their privacy and independence in exchange for the "safety" of biometrics technology. Police Departments across the Country are debating the implementation of invasive and unconstitutional Big Brother biometrics. Can you imagine elementary children in Pennsylvania, who attend the Lakeside Elementary School, being force to be digitally fingerprinted in order to obtain their lunches. We are talking about everyone - no cash allowed.

In one fell swoop, they have put a cashless society surveillance grid into place, and, are training our children that cash will no longer buy a hamburger. You know, I always thought only criminals were finger-printed.

These methods are already being used in England to deny people access to stores and sports arenas. They are attempting to track us like rats. You want food? You want water? You want to travel down that road? You must scan!!! And oh, by the way, give us your guns --we love you!!!

.... Well, good for you! But as with everything, there are terms for this endeavor...you must be smarter, better prepared, tougher, more thorough, more precise, be utterly convinced of your position through the facts and review of the pertinent law, and, be prepared to fight them (state) on their turf.
