CHURCH IN CHAINS

The church leaders of these corporations have sold out and surrendered the Lordship of Christ over His body, the Church, all for the sake of money. In the process they have put themselves in the position of being totally controlled and manipulated, both legally and spiritually, by the government.
The true Church used to be a powerful force in America. The elitists, our "shadow government", realized, if their atheistic plan was to work, something had to be done to squelch the Churches’ influence and power over the people. The best way to subtly shut-down and shut-up the Church was to give her a pay-off. This came in the form of tax incentives for the church members and the pastors. However, it came with the usual strings attached to any government handout...the government gets to be the legal and spiritual head of the church.
Many church leaders and their church members are naive or unaware about these issues, and the terrible insidious, destruction which occurs when a church incorporates. But according to the lawmakers - "...ignorance of the law is no excuse.". Well maybe you can understand this, when the church incorporates, it becomes neither a church nor a corporation, it is nothing more or less than any other non-profit organization, like Planned Parenthood. Can you imagine the Lord’s Church being in the same category with that Godless group?
Did you ever wonder why the Christian Church in America never affronts the insults and attacks against our traditional, Constitutional and Biblical values in America? They put up no resistance to the establishments New World Order/New Age(atheistic) plans for our nation? They never make a peep about real Christian pastors(unincorporated churches) being jailed and their assets being seized? They can’t, because they will loose their tax exempt status, and then they would be subject to having their own assets seized.
If the Church was ever going to be incensed and rise up with righteous indignation it should have been at the siege of WACO and Ruby Ridge. These were experiments to see how the Christian community and Americans would react. It was a test to see how concerned and constructively upset we would be to see other American citizens shot and burned to death by the military. Well I guess the elitists now know how we feel. "Americans used to roar like lions for liberty, now we bleat like sheep for security." Norman Vincent Peal.
As of yet, we have not seen widespread crackdowns and attacks on churches by the government, but rest assured my friend, it is coming. More Christians were martyred world-wide in 1998, than in all the preceding centuries. Christians are being persecuted right here in America, but of course the incorporated church wouldn’t know anything about that, and wouldn’t care if they did. A good example is the incident with Indianapolis Baptist Temple, which was the contrived, methodical destruction and seizure of a real church in America. Another test? Did the pastors in America rush in to protest? Only about 200 pastors were there for the entire fiasco, instead of 50,000 which should have been there. Of course, since the media is the "shill" of the shadow government, deceit, lies, fear and hypocrisy were the standard fare of the day in reporting the actual reasons and events which took place. And, just as the government had anticipated, the pastors, the Christians and the supposed Americans, just stood by and watched from behind closed doors while the Lord’s Church was raped and destroyed.
Tolerating compromise of the Lordship of Christ over His Church is the primary sin within the body of Christ today. When the church has compromised it’s finances, then every other ministry of that church is infected with all sorts of spiritual corruption and negative influences. They become what Paul warned about in II Timothy 3:5, "...having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof (Jesus Christ), from such turn away." Today many of the incorporated churches are just seen as worldly, commercialized, self-centered entertainment centers for those who want to play the religious church game.
Most people do not understand that our legal system is primarily based on the Doctrine of Stare Decisis, i.e. to abide by, or adhere to, decided cases. In other words, "...It is a principle of courts to stand by precedent and not disturb a settled point; doctrine that, when a court has once laid down a principle of law as applicable to a certain set of facts, it will adhere to that principle, and apply it to all future cases, where facts are substantially the same, regardless of whether the parties and the property are the same; a deliberate or solemn decision of court, made after argument on questions of law fairly arising in the case, and necessary to its determination, is an authority, is binding precedent in the same court, or in other courts of equal or lower rank, in subsequent cases were the very point is again in controversy; the doctrine is not ordinarily departed from where decision is of long-standing and rights have been acquired under it, unless considerations of public policy demand it." These decisions become preceding foundations upon which other decisions are built, and are a powerful legal basis that strongly sway future rulings. In our legal system, satan has been very cunning in setting up legal precedents that adversely affect the church or ministry , which incorporates. The following are a few examples:
1. "A corporation is a creature of the state. It is presumed to be incorporated for the benefit of the public. It receives certain special privileges and franchises and holds them subject to the laws of the state and the limitations of its charter...", etc.;Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43.Because of limited space, in these seven (7) items listed above, I have just barely scratched the surface of the total story. The incorporated church has removed God’s place of honor from their church. He is no longer the sovereign head over this church. He has been usurped by the state. It is simple, God does not stay where He is not wanted and where He is not honored. He withdraws His blessings as well as His presence. He takes His influence and departs, turning over to a reprobate mind those who refuse Him. He knows this church is serving two masters, which God has said is impossible, for you will love the one and hate the other. (Matthew 6:24) Ultimately, what has happened is we have forgotten to love God...our "first love"...above all else, by doing what He commands. (John 14:15).2. "A corporation is an artificial person or legal entity created by or under the authority of the laws of the state. Human being are called ‘natural persons’ to distinguish them from artificial persona or corporations. To acquire the status or an artificial or legal personality, the group seeking it must be incorporated i.e. must obtain a formal state license, etc...." Warren Co. v. Heister, 219 La. 763, 54 S.2d 12.
3. A corporation is a person within the meaning of the due process and equal protection clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and similar provisions of state constitutions and within the meaning of state statutes. Johnson vs. Goodyear, 127 Cal.4 [1899]. However, a corporation is not considered as a person under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution (religious liberty clause) or under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution (protection against self-incrimination clause). The United States Supreme Court ruled in Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 74-75 "There is a clear distinction in this particular between an individual and a corporation and that the latter has no right to refuse to submit its books and papers for an examination at the suit of the State. While an individual may lawfully refuse to answer incriminating questions unless protected by an immunity statute, it does not follow that a corporation vested with certain privileges and franchises, may refuse to show its hand when charged with an abuse of such privileges." So in fact what does this mean...the incorporated church has no protection under the First or the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Interesting and deadly, right?
4. The Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization/ corporation is subsidized by the government. Donations to a tax-exempt organization/corporation are deductible from the taxes of the donor. A tax deduction constitutes a subsidy. The Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization/corporation performs a public or quasi-public function, in that the government would have to perform that function if the tax-exempt organization/corporation failed to perform it. Bob Jones University vs. United States, 101 U.S. [1982].
5. An "incorporated church" is legally required to support the government’s agenda, even sinful activities identified as "public policy", and as being "politically correct". One vivid example of public policy is legalized abortion. An "incorporated church" which has accepted non-profit status must anticipate standing in silent support and in full compliance with such policies, or risk confiscation of their assets. An "incorporated church" has been structured to serve its master...its creator...the government. An "incorporated church" has agreed to, "No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be the carrying on of propaganda..."(see Internal Revenue Service Publication 557, page 17) Propaganda is generally recognized as the spreading of doctrine. The Gospel of Christ would be an example of doctrine.
6. The government considers the incorporated church just another commercial business, with a charter, by-laws and Articles of Incorporation. and the incorporated church is required to have a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer versus Pastors, apostles, prophets, teachers, etc.
7. The Church was founded upon, assembled by, empowered and energized by the Lord Jesus Christ, both upon Himself and for Himself, and is subject to Him in all things. The Lord Jesus Christ is the sovereign head over His Church. The Lord’s Church is forbidden by Scripture to merge with the state, because the two exist as separate entities; and the state is not to claim jurisdiction over the Church; and, the Church is not to take up the state’s sword. (see Romans 13:4 and Matthew 16:19).
As Alexander Solzhenitsyn said, "The strength or weakness of a society depends more on the level of its spiritual life than on the level of industrialization. Neither a market economy nor even general abundance constitutes the crowning achievement of human life. If a nation’s spiritual energies have been exhausted it will not be saved from collapse by the most perfect government structure or by industrial development. A tree with a rotten core cannot stand."
